CENTROVEA™ Management Services (CENTROVEA™) is a B2B platform for operating mandates and engineering services – the contractual vehicle through which both are structured, deployed and invoiced. It carries contractual accountability for defined outcomes: directly for owners, boards, investors and technology clients, or as named senior capacity within partner organisations – management, interim and advisory firms, facility and technical services providers, software companies – under their name and with client protection. 

The firm was established on a single structural premise: that the gap between strategic intent and operational outcome is where value is most often lost, and that closing it requires contractual accountability.

CENTROVEA™ works inside the organisations it serves, under explicitly defined mandate authority, and remains in place until the operation is stable, transferable and successor-ready. It does not compete with its partners for their clients.

All mandates are governed by NDAs that survive mandate closure. Client identities, statutory appointments and confirmatory artefacts are disclosed selectively and only upon establishment of mutual interest.
