Lucia Kapinova

Lucia Kapinova is member of the Innovative Healthcare, Advisory & Management Services Competence Board. With a distinguished 20-year career as a Process & Quality Manager, she is known for her specialization in process optimization and evaluation across various sectors, particularly in healthcare. Her leadership has been instrumental in introducing advanced process management systems and incorporating ISO standards into organizational routines. Mrs. Kapinova’s expertise also encompasses project management, with a focus on quality control, environmental safety, and information security in both business and healthcare settings from small to large companies. She is proficient in conducting thorough process analyses and risk assessments in both private and public sectors. Mrs. Kapinova has successfully led over 100 projects in process optimization. She has been playing a pivotal role in designing processes for one of the most modern hospitals in Central Europe. She has contributed to successful inauguration and operational launch of over 20 hospitals, as well as in the development and implementation of a new hospital information systems.
