Who We Are
Lucia Kapinova
Competence areas: process design and optimisation, quality management and ISO standards, risk assessment, environmental safety and information security, with particular depth in healthcare. Over a 20-year career as a process and quality manager in private and public organisations, from small companies to large groups, she has led more than 100 process-optimisation projects and embedded process management systems and ISO standards into organisational routines. In healthcare, she designed processes for one of Central Europe’s most modern hospitals and contributed to the opening and operational launch of more than 20 hospitals, as well as to the development and implementation of new hospital information systems.
Lucia holds a Master in Healthcare Management from Semmelweis University in Budapest, a Master in Health Administration from the Czech Health Academy in Prague, and a degree in Economic Informatics and Information Technology from the University of Economics in Bratislava.
