Jake Slegers

Jake Slegers is a member of the Business Development & Scale Competence Board at CENTROVEA. He brings a vast array of international focus, primarily on the Central European region. As a seasoned professional, Mr. Slegers possesses over two decades of expertise across various business sectors. 

With a tenure of 18 years as the Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Slovakia, Mr. Slegers acquired a wealth of relevant and practical experience, along with a vast and valuable network within the region. In this role, he oversaw all aspects of the Chamber’s operations, utilizing his broad expertise and insights to drive organizational success. Mr. Slegers is also actively involved in various M&A transactions and other business-related projects. Furthermore, Mr. Slegers serves as an International Election Observer for the OSCE.

Originally from the state of Minnesota in the USA, Mr. Slegers holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and International Relations from Augsburg University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
