Operating Partner across regulated healthcare and asset-intensive organisations. 25+ years in business: critical thinker first, operator by default, advisor when authority isn’t required. Statutory, board-mandated and investor-side mandates in hospital networks, technical infrastructure, insurance and industrial technology – building, integrating, separating and handing over organisations that must keep operating while they change. Five working languages. Central Europe base, operating across the EEA and Switzerland.
Mr. Fodor holds an MBA in General Management from the Central European Management Institute (CEMI) in Prague and a postgraduate certificate in controlling from the Prague University of Economics and Business, complemented by executive programmes at Harvard Medical School, MIT Sloan, Wharton, Oxford Saïd Business School and the London School of Economics and Political Science.
