His expertise lies in holistic general and business operations management, business development, strategy, and team leadership. Mr. Fodor also has a proven track record in project management, procurement management, quality–, business process optimization, and risk assessment. He has held management roles at local and international companies, delivering business development and transformation programmes, while managing small to large teams, implementing policies, and driving business growth.

Kristian Fodor’s professional acumen is further enhanced by his proficiency in multiple languages and his engagement with a broad spectrum of professional interests, incl. robotics, ML, VR and AI, coupled with a passion for environmental conservation and historical studies.
